No Contract to be Formed

This website and its functions do not in any way create a contract for sale and/or purchase. There are some types and/or quantities of pallets that we cannot purchase / sell and some geographical locations that we cannot currently service.

Legal Title

If your pallets are owned by a pallet company or rental company please do not offer to sell them to us. Their legal title remains with those companies and the pallets should be offered back to them. By offering pallets to us for sale you are confirming that you have legal title to them and have the rights of the owner to sell them.

Payment

Payment method will vary depending upon your location. When we receive your photographs or description we will make contact with you to discuss whether we are able to buy them and if so what our payment terms will be.
